The things you ask us most
Do I have to book?
No. Walk-ins are welcome during opening hours. Booking simply means you don't wait, which matters on Saturdays and late afternoons.
Are you open on Sundays?
Yes: we are open every day, Sundays and public holidays included, from 9:00 to 21:00. The rare extraordinary closures disappear from the booking calendar, so you never find a time that isn't really there.
Where are you and how do I get there?
At Via G.B. Borghesi, 3, in the centre of Parma: it's a five-minute walk from the train station. On the Contact page you can open the route in Google Maps with one tap.
How does online booking work?
Pick your services, the day and one of the times that are genuinely free, then leave your name and phone number. The confirmation appears straight away with your booking code. No account, no prepayment.
Can I cancel or move my appointment?
Yes, on your own and at any time. On your booking page there's a Move button — pick another free time and the old slot is released immediately — or a Cancel button. If you've lost the link, the “My bookings” page finds it with your code and phone number.
How do I get the confirmation and reminders?
As a notification on your phone: we ask you to turn them on while booking. You get the confirmation, a reminder the day before, a nudge shortly before your appointment and an alert if anything changes. Useful things only, no advertising.
The day I want is full: what now?
Join the waiting list with one tap. If someone cancels you get a notification with the free time: the slot goes to whoever confirms first.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, for any amount and valid on everything on the price list. You buy them in the shop and we prepare them with the recipient's name and a message. The balance can be checked online on the Gift cards page, and anything left over stays on the card for next time.
Do you cut women's and children's hair?
Of course. We're a men's and women's salon: cutting, blow-dry, colour and treatments. For children the cut is the same service as on the price list.
How long does an appointment take?
A cut takes about half an hour, a beard trim less. If you pick more than one service the system adds up the time and only shows you slots that genuinely fit.
How do I pay?
In the shop, at the end. Prices are the ones in the window and on this site, with nothing extra for booking online.
