Who handles your data

What we collect
Only what's needed to manage the appointment: your name, phone number, an email if you give one, and any notes you write. We never ask for payment details and we don't profile anyone.
Why we use it
To record the booking, recognise you when you arrive, send confirmations and reminders and warn you if we have to move the time. The legal basis is performing a service you asked for.
Notifications on your phone
If you turn notifications on, your browser generates a technical address for the device which we store together with the phone number you booked with. We use it only for confirmations, reminders, changes, the waiting list and the review request — never for advertising. The content is encrypted all the way to your phone. You can switch them off whenever you like from the booking page or your browser settings, and the subscription is deleted there and then.
Customer record
Bookings made with the same phone number form a record with your visit history, amounts and the shop's working notes (the kind of cut, for example). It exists so we recognise you and get the service right; it is never used for advertising profiles and never leaves this site.
Reviews
The review request only goes out after an appointment that actually took place. If you write a review we publish the name you choose and the text: never your phone number or email. You can ask us to remove it at any time.
How long we keep it
Bookings and customer records are kept for as long as the shop needs them and for accounting obligations. Visit statistics delete themselves after about a year. You can ask for your data to be deleted at any time.
Who we share it with
Nobody, for commercial purposes. The data lives on the server hosting this site. Notifications go through your browser's push service (Google, Apple or Mozilla, depending on your phone), which delivers the message without being able to read it.
Cookies and statistics
This site uses no tracking cookies and no third-party analytics: no Google Analytics, no banner. We count visits with our own system that never stores your IP address: instead it keeps an encrypted fingerprint that changes every day, so the same person can't be recognised the following day or traced back. To remember the booking you're filling in we use the browser's temporary memory (sessionStorage), which empties when you close the tab. If you arrive through one of our links (a post, an ad, the QR code on a flyer) the browser remembers for 30 days only which campaign you came from, never who you are: it tells us which initiatives work, and it is cleared when you delete the site data in your browser. The staff area uses one technical session cookie.
The map
The map is provided by Google Maps and only loads when you tap “Show the map”: from then on Google may record the visit under its own privacy policy. Until you open it, no data is sent to Google.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, and object to its processing. A phone call or an email is enough: we reply within 30 days.
